Our park trips are an hour and a half. 1 full hr at the park and 15 min travel to and 15 min travel back.  You have the choice of 2 different dog parks.  Your dog/s get to run and play off leash with other dogs and even swim!  The smaller dog park that is fenced in (behind the little HEB) there's definitely more dogs so they get to have that playtime and socialize.  The Flat Rock dog park is more open and bigger and they can swim, walk around the trail and chase squirrels. We even do a trip to Starbucks for a puppacino if they're allowed!
