The sitters are my employees, not independent contractors.  So all communication should be done through the timetopet messenger.  All sitters are bonded and insured under me and Cowabunga Pet Sitting through the Business Insurers of the Carolinas they come highly recommended by Pet Sitters International who we are also a member of www.petsit.com. I only take calls, text messages and emails from 7am-7pm M-F unless you have a visit scheduled after those hours or we are currently with your pet then I will answer.  Communication to any sitters with your pets is always available through the timetopet messenger.
